    It’s Fall time again!
I love Fall. It’s time for cozy sweaters, warm colors and Pumpkin Spice Lattes!
But, of course, I live in Southern California so I don’t actually get to experience real Fall, so I make up for the 100 degree weather we’re still getting with nail polish!
For me Summer is about neons and tomato reds and brights, I have happy hands! Spring is similar but much more pastel. Winter for me is sucky, I don’t like it - it’s cold! (Here I am complaining about not actually having seasons and when we do finally have something other than summer weather, I hate it!) So I like sparkles and rich colors - deep reds, navys, sparkles for holidays. But when it comes to Autumn I wear colors that are so unlike me. Muted purples and greens, greige, beige and grey. And these colors really blend into winter really well!
So anyway, here are my Fall picks for nail polish!
Estee Lauder Pure Color 26 Metallic Sage - muted sage with brown/gold glitter throughout
MAC On The Prowl (from the Hello Kitty collection) - blue toned grey
OPI Skull and Glossbones - Cement grey with a hint of green
OPI You Don’t Know Jaques (A favorite for many years!) The original greige
Sephora by OPI To The Glitter End - blue grey steel sparkle, great for winter too!
Essie Miss Fancy Pants - A neutral taupe leaning a little purple
Essie St. Lucia Lilac - Is it grey? Is it lilac? A great mix of the two
Chanel Paradoxal - another taupe, brown, purple with purple shimmer throughout
Orly Nite Owl - A beige with a hint of grey and silver shimmer
China Glaze Sea Spray - A greyed blue
Deborah Lippmann Stormy Weather a deep, almost black, grey that leans green on me
AND
Sally Hansen Coco a Go Go - a rich brown red with shimmer, a true fall color

I’m such a Yankee Candle hoarder.
I really love to have seasonal candles burning throughout their corresponding months so I buy like one for ever month, or three for every season.
Clearly, I have not burned through them all, and I even buy more.
So, I already had Clean Cotton, which is my favorite clean scent ever - it will forever be my bathroom candle.
For summer, I had purchased Beach Walk and Sun and Sand. Those didn’t get too much attention because it was too hot to burn candles :/
And then for winter I had Sparkling Snow and Christmas on the beach, both got a bit of love but definitely didn’t come close to finishing them, or even getting half way through.
Then yesterday, I stumbled upon a new ULTA location and it was Two for $20 Tuesday on Yankee Candles (regularly $15.99 each so it was a total steal, right?) I picked up White Gardenia which is beautiful and a forever candle smell, something that I’ll always have to burn whenever regardless of the weather outside, and Farmer’s Market which is an autumn scent I fell in love with last year that I bought to burn for the next three months, rather than have three candles to get through.

Anyway, that was my candle rant. I should probably tag this with #personal?
